MPH-Alliance Bank Short Story Writing Contest

In support of Malaysian writing in English, MPH Bookstores and Alliance Bank are organizing a short story writing competition.

2 categories:

  • ADULTS – aged 18 years and above (between 2,500 – 7,000 words) OR
  • TEENS – aged between 13 and 17 years old (between 2,000 – 4,000 words; Theme: “Living and Staying”)
  • Prizes: RM5,000 cash + laptops + magazine subscriptions

    Closing date: 31 March 2009

    Oh, boy, it’s been years since I’ve joined or guided someone for a short story writing competition.
